What foods should i eat if i have acne and black acne spots

The body has several ways to obtain the vital Vitamin A. Foods with Vitamin A, such as liver and fish oil, provide the body with a source of that skin-replenishing substance. The body can also make Vitamin A from "proVitamin A." Orange colored fruits and vegetables are a rich source of "proVitamin A."
Certain types of bacteria are resident on the skin. P. acnes is found on most skin but in acne prone individuals the P. acnes grows uncontrollably. The growth of the P. acnes is aided by the anaerobic conditions created by the plug of dead cells and oils within the skin pores. The bacteria digest the oil within the pores and produces a waste product. This waste product irritates the pore walls causing inflammation.
In some cases it can, but not when dealing with acne. Psoriasis has been known to respond well to UV light, but sunlight is only a temporary relief from acne. After prolonged exposure to the sun, the skin may backlash and make acne worse. There are also the small matters of skin cancer and aging to consider, so make sure you keep using sun screen.
